Café Little Deer anchors Santa Rosa's SOFA Arts District, a few blocks south of downtown. Local art lines the walls, the patio opens to the morning, and the counter runs from espresso and matcha to breakfast burritos. A fitting room for people building something of their own.

Come as you are, order something warm, and settle in with the women building businesses across Sonoma County. No agenda and no pitch required — a table, a couple of hours, and the kind of unhurried conversation that tends to grow into something lasting.
