There is a stretch of Occidental Road where the Laguna flattens out and two acres of dahlias, sunflowers, and lavender take over the view. That is Zannah Farms — every plant started from seed, tended by a small team who talk about flowers the way founders talk about the work they cannot put down.

On September 8 we bring Sip & Mingle to the fields. Golden hour, open rows, and a circle of women who understand what it costs to build something.

Sip & Mingle is TLC SoCo's monthly evening gathering — a space to breathe, connect, and show up as the full version of yourself, not a polished pitch.

Every event follows a rhythm that works. Doors open at 5:30 PM for casual arrivals and organic conversation. At 6:00, we come together for guided introductions, time to share what you're working on, ask for support, and practice putting your work into words. From 7:00 to 7:30, we return to open mingling — deeper conversations, natural follow-ups, and room to let things land.

Many events include a post-meeting experience from 7:30 to 8:30 PM, hosted by members of the community. These closing sessions have included sound healing, breathwork, creative practices, and more. Come as you are. No pressure, no pretense — space to be seen, supported, and in good company.
